About Me – Asier Eibar

I’m the founder of BerryTree Digital. For 12+ years I’ve worked as a Strategic Program and Portfolio Leader in high-stakes environments across Europe, leading digital portfolios, major programs, and transformation efforts where resources are tight and expectations are non-negotiable.

Currently, I lead the digital consular portfolio for the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs covering visas, passports, elections, and global citizen services. I also serve as a judge at the PMI PMO Global Awards and I’m leading the creation of the first PMO European Awards.

What drives me: bringing clarity, structure, and momentum where organisations need it most.
