I’m the founder of Berrytree Digital. Over a decade of experience across digital delivery has shaped how I lead today as a Strategic Program and Portfolio Leader by helping organisations turn strategy into measurable, lasting progress in complex environments where resources are tight and expectations high.

Currently, I lead the digital consular portfolio for the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, covering visas, passports, and global citizen services. I also serve as a jury member at the PMI PMO Global Awards and leading initiatives inside the PMI Belgium Chapter.
